When?

July - August 2014

Experiencing the transmongolian train in a crazy comfort.

Over 130 hours, that's what it takes to travel from Moscow to Beijing across the transmongolian train. It might look painful, especially when you buy the cheapest tickets (3rd class Plastkart), but thanks to Switcher's Geelee one-pieces, it almost got comfortable!

It all started in Moscow, the capital, then Yekaterinburg, a pretty sad industrial city. Siberia, here we come : Tomsk, Irkutsk, Baïkal Lake, all wonderful landscapes.
Then, trekking on horses was priceless through the infinite steppes of Mongolia.
We continued with China (Datong and Beijing) where we've seen The Great Wall, and finished with an island-hopping week in the Philippines (Palawan Island).
